Athletes will travel 250 feet (ten 25ft lengths) holding a kettlebell. Athletes may hold the kettlebell however they like. Each 25ft length begins with both feet behind the start line. Back knee has to make contact with the ground, then knees and hips must be fully extended for the lunge to count. Both feet must end on, or past, the end line to complete a length.
